Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the integrity of EMOV's activities and provides active support to the management team based on its extensive industry expertise.

The Board models its corporate governance framework on the standards reflected in the UK Corporate Governance Code, and the Code’s main principles are incorporated into the company’s Articles of Association.
